Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

30-Day Return Window

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition you received it
• Be in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase

1. Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care goods
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards
• Sale items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@bluvara.com.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if items are returned:

• Used
• Damaged (not due to our error)
• Missing parts
• The refund amount will reflect the item’s condition.

6. Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.

8. Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.

10. Return Procedure

2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

3. Package the item securely in its original packaging.

4. Ship the item to the return address provided.

5. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days if approved.
